I build the operational systems behind global brand experiences.

For the past decade, I've produced and managed events for ServiceNow, Atlassian, Samsung, Pokémon, Twitch, Meta, Crocs, and more. Flagship conferences, product launches, world championships, festival activations, and touring programs across four continents.

Today I lead creative operations at ServiceNow. I own print, shipping, and labor budgets inside Knowledge, a $50M flagship conference spanning 100,000 square feet of printed materials. I also own four cities on World Forum, a nine-city global program, and built the Airtable planning system now being rolled out as the standard across all of them.

Before that, I directed production across a $35M portfolio at The Trade Group, including the $25M Pokémon World Championship and a $2.5M TwitchCon activation. At Atlassian, I kept 45 to 50 events a year aligned under a single roadmap.

I came up in opera and theater as a stage director and technical director. Lighting, sound, set design, live performance with no second take and no post-production fix. That is still how I think about a show day.

What I do: multi-million dollar budget ownership, agency RFPs and vendor negotiation, creative operations, cross-functional leadership, and the project management frameworks that let a portfolio scale.
